Karl-Anthony Towns and Naz Reid each scored 14 points as the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Dallas Mavericks 105-100 in an NBA game on Saturday, May 29, 2024.

The Timberwolves led by just five points at halftime, but they pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring the Mavericks 30-19. Dallas rallied in the fourth quarter, but they could not overcome a poor shooting performance, making just 37.5% of their shots from the field.

Luka Doncic led the Mavericks with 25 points, but he was just 8-of-23 from the field. Kristaps Porzingis added 18 points and 11 rebounds, but he was also just 7-of-18 from the field.

The Timberwolves improved to 45-37 with the win, while the Mavericks fell to 40-42.
