How to Enable Wi-Fi Calling and Improve Wi-Fi Priority on Your iPhone or iPad
Wi-Fi Calling
To turn on Wi-Fi calling on your iPhone or iPad:
- Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling.
- Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on.
If you're not able to turn on Wi-Fi calling, your carrier may not support it. Additionally, Wi-Fi calling may not work on all Wi-Fi networks. If you're having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi calling, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or turning Wi-Fi calling off and on again.
Wi-Fi Priority
To change the Wi-Fi priority settings on your iPhone or iPad:
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Tap on the Wi-Fi network that you want to prioritize.
- Tap on the "i" button.
- Under "Network Priority," select "High."
Your iPhone or iPad will now automatically prioritize and connect to the strongest Wi-Fi network around you.
